I stayed in this B&B in Nov/Dec 07 and i loved it. The B&B's location could not be better, (considering i had to walk for about 2 mins to get to the beggining of Oxford St) The prize is amazing and the staff was really friendly. The room was clean, and cosy instead of small, and to be honest, it was perfect after a whole day of shopping and sight seeing. It is not a 5* but honestly, location is 10/10 and well....What do you expect from this price?
I like this hotel/B&B and i plan to go back this winter......

We booked to stay in this hotel over August Bank Holiday weekend. We couldn't resist the low price for a 3 night stay in central London. The hotel is in a brilliant location, just round the corner from Marble Arch, Hyde Park & Oxford Street, whilst still being quiet enough to get a good nights sleep! The rooms are very small and quite basic but they are clean and comfortable. The pub just along from the hotel, The Masons Arms, was a nice little pub, good for a quick drink & the food was really good too!! I can't think of anything negative to say about this hotel, you just have to remember that its a cheap room in a key location in London!

This hotel is very basic. There are no dining facilities. Breakfast comes in a large bowl with boxes of cereal, coissants, yogurt , milk and orange juice. The rooms are small and a little cramped BUT the hotel is cheap and cheerful and also very very central. If you want to be five minutes walk from Marble Arch/Oxford Street/Park Lane , this is the hotel for you. It was also incredibly quiet. Granted our room was at the back of the hotel but there was no traffic noise whatsoever and we slept with the window open all night. I found all the staff to be very friendly and welcoming . You definitely get what you pay for but since most people use hotels in London as somewhere to lay their weary heads at the end of a hectic days sightseeing , this hotel fits that bill nicely. I would reccommend it to anyone travelling on a budget.
